These terms govern use of diondthornton.com and its public content, including the invite-only Ledger & Logic HQ member authentication pilot. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or availability.

Member accounts

Ledger & Logic HQ pilot membership is invitation-only and does not grant access to independent Rootlayer services, private RICC systems, paid training, or products outside the access specifically provided. Members should keep their account credentials secure, use their own Google or GitHub account when choosing an external provider, and promptly report suspected unauthorized account activity. Access may be limited or discontinued to protect security or if these terms are violated. Account information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Member training-request submissions remain disabled; the separate Builder Interest intake is available to the public.

Builder Interest intake

The public Builder Interest & Readiness intake is an optional expression of interest in future learning and community activities, not an employment application, internship offer, program enrollment or access grant. No respondent is guaranteed a reply, admission, paid work, unpaid role or opportunity. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated or third-party information without permission. Responses are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Any future paid work, internships, placements, commercial collaboration or training enrollment must be considered and agreed separately under appropriate terms.

Informational content

Site content is provided for general informational and professional-introduction purposes. It is not legal, tax, investment, cybersecurity or financial advice, and it does not create a fiduciary, advisory or client relationship.

Engagements

A professional relationship begins only after the parties agree in writing to scope, responsibilities, pricing and applicable terms. Contacting Dion D. Thornton or any related entity does not guarantee acceptance of an engagement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site's design, copy, frameworks, graphics, research summaries, brand names and original materials are owned by or licensed to Dion D. Thornton, Bishop DaGreat, Dreamstate Infrastructure, Keystone Infrastructure Group or Rootlayer Software. You may link to public pages, but you may not reproduce, resell or present substantial portions as your own without written permission.

Third-party services

Links or references to third-party platforms do not constitute endorsement or control of those services. Their availability, security, content and terms remain their responsibility.

Limitation

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the site owners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the public site or reliance on its informational content.
